- Studied psychology in Groningen (The Netherlands), Kingston (Canada) and Guildford (Great Britain)
- Phd in organizational psychology at the German Police University Münster
- Postdoc at the Berlin School of Economics and Law
- Relationship and interpersonal communication coach
- training as a systemic consultant (since November 2025; Wispo Institute Berlin)
