My consulting approach is systemic and solution-focused. I see myself as a process facilitator who supports you in recognizing and formulating your concerns, defining your goals and discovering your individual resources.
As a social scientist, I am interested in social structures and processes. What lies beneath the surface? How do social norms and standards develop? It is important to me to consider the triad of society, organization and individual. Depending on the issue, one or the other perspective moves to the fore. On this basis, I have intensively studied theories of social inequality and realized that the strategies of gender mainstreaming and managing diversity offer very good practical tools for developing and implementing equality projects.
Thanks to the open attitude and the holistic consulting approach, I experience Scienza as a place of inspiration for new ideas that are allowed to grow in a professional environment.
