I want to be an ally for my clients. Listening carefully, really understanding an issue, and allowing different points of view are crucial to my work. I use different methods that I adapt to the needs of my clients, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching.
For me, coaching means accompanying my clients and helping them to shape their personal development. It also offers clients the opportunity to reflect on their own (leadership) actions in a confidential and professional setting.
On this basis, it is easier for them to take on new challenges and broaden their view for new opportunities.
My clients also benefit from my experience and knowledge in the areas of gender, diversity and conflict management. I work online and in person. My workshops and coaching sessions in the field of science communication are based on my many years of experience as a journalist and copywriter.

- Has worked as a trainer, coach and mediator (licensed by the German Federal Association Bundesverband MEDIATION e.V) since 2012
