Academia is a demanding environment – shaped by complex interests, high performance expectations, and a multitude of requirements that can at times feel overwhelming.
As a trainer, coach, and facilitator, I see myself as a process companion: I support individuals in discovering, expanding, and intentionally using their scope for action. My aim is to empower individuals and groups during periods of transition and change, enabling them to draw on their resources and make self-directed, sustainable decisions.
Grounded in a systemic approach, I also draw methodologically on principles from New Work and Design Thinking, facilitation, and embodiment practices to develop tailored formats for each client.
In my workshops and coaching sessions, I focus equally on the individual and the system. Together with my clients, I develop solutions that are carefully adapted to their specific needs, contexts, and challenges.
