I am fascinated by transformation processes, and I support individuals who are making professional changes. As well as being a great challenge, change offers an opportunity and a process of evolvement. Having an attentive guide at your side when heading into uncharted territory is a smart move.
I (re)activate my clients’ resources in my coaching and workshops, encouraging them to broaden their horizons and develop new skills. For me, the fact that failure can be a necessary part of the process is no taboo. I aim for lightness in learning, even in management positions. I learned this on stage, and I integrate all my valuable experience into my training.
My approach as a coach is respectful, transparent, self-aware, and inspirational. I accompany my clients in their self-reflection – as soon as people recognise their own values, needs, strengths, and potentialities, they are in a position to develop long-term strategies and solutions which work individually.
