Whether it’s about change, conflicts or navigating stormy times with confidence: I support my clients in actively shaping challenging situations and strengthening their position. For me, this is not about self-optimization, but about developing an authentic and professional self-image and acting accordingly. And last but not least utilizing the scope for action, which is often greater than you think.

I believe that with common sense and a good dose of gut instinct and creativity, we can face the complex demands of our turbulent world calmly. As a coach, I stimulate new perspectives, encourage and inspire with my exploratory energy and my desire to “untangle the tangle”, without being able to predict where the journey will take us. My aim is to make resources visible and to strengthen the realization that there are always choices and that people have the power to shape their professional path.
